DeVout Animal Nutrition

Superior Pet Food Ingredients

DeVout is dedicated to transforming rendered animal by-products into refined, high-quality pet food ingredients.

Great Lakes Feed & Energy: Our Mission and Evolution

At Great Lakes Feed & Energy (GLFE), our mission is to bridge the gap between the rendering industry and premium pet food ingredients by combining decades of industry experience.

Through DeVout Nutrition, we use advanced processing, quality testing, and strong industry partnerships to provide clean, consistent, high-quality animal protein ingredients for the pet food industry. Our focus is simple: reliable ingredients, proven quality, and products our customers can count on.

Exceptional Quality, Backed by Decades of Testing.

AOCS Testing

Our commitment to quality begins before product acceptance, ensuring all materials meet strict specifications. Once sampled and tested, we process the ingredients through air classification and screening to remove any foreign or undesirable matter. We utilize accredited AOCS testing methods.

Safety and Compliance

To uphold safety and compliance, we conduct mock recalls to verify traceability, tracking each load back to its origin with proper documentation and logistical procedures.

Export Protocols

We have implemented export protocols for international trade, ensuring our ingredients meet or exceed our global and pet food standards.

Our Products

We offer a wide range of animal protein ingredients from trusted sources. We work closely with our customers to provide the right product for their needs, with the ability to reprocess and refine ingredients to meet custom specifications.
